The Intensive Light

A LIGHTER VERSION OF OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAMME

Following our integrated nutrition and fitness method, The Intensive Light takes the key principles of The Intensive, and delivers them to you at the times that matter most. This six-week programme includes outstanding personal training combined with expert nutritional support, leading to outstanding weight loss, toning and sculpting with a balanced plan that fits your lifestyle.

The Intensive Light is a six-week programme including three 90-minute training sessions per week delivered by our world-class team in the comfort of your own home. Our expert nutritional support follows Louise's nutrition method with guidance provided at the start, middle and end of your programme from our nutrition experts to tailor this to you.

Clients consistently lose between 5kg and 7kg of body fat on The Intensive Light while boosting their metabolism and fitness levels.

With the new tools it has been easy!

I wanted to take the time thank you and Tom for re educating and refocusing my outlook on exercise and nutrition.

I also wanted to let you know that I am currently 7st 2 and have maintained around that weight since the beginning of the year and to be honest with new tools it has been easy :)

Exercise has now become part of more weekly routine [although I probably should be doing a bit more!] And my family now eats a more balanced and healthier diet and I have certainly ditched the snacking on crap!...

And kept it on my desk… After many months I knew the time had come (probably it should have done so many months before), and I phoned to discover more about what the programme entailed and to make an appointment. I have not looked back since. First, I have lost nearly 12lbs in 6 weeks, which is a very steady pace, but I never felt hungry. The Louise Parker Food Plan, together with the most excellent Dietitian’s empathetic guidance and advice, provided a sound basis for a new style of eating as well as much encouragement in maintaining the programme during and beyond the six weeks. Second, in all my years of gym-going, I never made such progress in fitness development as I did with my wonderful personal trainer who came to the house and ensured that I followed relevant and challenging 90-minute sessions, three days a week. As you can tell, therefore, I am a great fan of the Louise Parker method (I opted for the Intensive Light version). With such combined support I could but succeed!

Of course maintenance beyond the six weeks is of paramount importance, and everyone will probably need something a little bit different. But again, Louise Parker has designed a choice of options, one of which will be just right for you. So I’m off to treat myself—not with a three-course dinner but a new dress, two sizes smaller!

I thought I was educating myself about food, that eventually I would discover the secret something that worked that made me feel healthy and kept the weight off. I ended up completely confused about what 'healthy eating' was. Some days were quite tough but the work outs with lovely trainers get you through the difficult patches and thoughts of a disappointing weigh in with no nonsense Alejandra mean cheating just didn't feel like an option. You just feel everyone is willing you on and that they are invested as much as you are in your results.

It's a relief to just be told the truth for once; no gimmicks, no tricks, just the right portion sizes, with the right foods at the right times in order to experience eating what your body needs to stay healthy and to lose weight. It's so simple in one way, like with the visual element of cups as opposed to grams, but then the details of the brands, which actually taste so much better, or the description of the vitamins make you feel like every single thing has had so much care and attention put into it. And that is catching, because you feel looked after so you want to look after yourself. It's all in the detail and the simplicity, perfect combo.

I was a little bit sceptical about the promises of programme and assumed I would stay the same. Well, I was definitely proven wrong. I have just finished the 6-week Intensive Light programme and I wanted to say a big thank you for your help and support throughout the process. I am so pleased with the results and never would have believed that I could lose 7cm off my hips and 9cm off my abdomen! I’m thrilled and have been receiving lovely compliments.In addition to the visual results, I also feel better than I have in years. Before starting, I was worried that I would be hungry all the time and feared being left to my own devices after the end of the Intensive Light. Hunger was not an issue and, with your help, I also feel that I have benefitted from an education that will help me continue to progress on my own.

I have been amazed by the improvement

I have been amazed by the improvement to my size, shape and fitness in a very short timeframe (effectively 5 weeks). Within that time I managed to lose a stone in weight and everything has firmed up and toned as I had hoped.

The diet plan was perfect. It was critical to have that as well as her advice and tips on how to approach it. It meant it was so much easier to stick to it and be really focused around preparing meals and changing the way I eat including getting rid of some very bad habits....

He has created a programme for me that suits me perfectly aware of my needs for the programme and beyond. With three young children I had a lot to improve and also several constraints. He changed what I did regularly and shooting hoops, boxing and sprints were all part of it. Aoife explained the food plan very well and inspired me to see it as easy to stick to and it was. Alejandra also regularly sent encouraging messages in addition to my consultations.
