Feeling like a failure and disheartened after trying many diets I decided that this time I wanted to do it right and joined up for the Louise Parker method. I’m so happy I did! From the very first session with my dietitian, Anna, I just “clicked” with this program and she made me realized that those other diets had failed, not me! Your method meant I got the tools in the food diary and basic food rules to go away make a start and it was not a drastic starvation regime. So I stuck with it and now it's over I haven't just lost a stone. It's given me a huge insight into what I was doing with food and drink before I found the LP method. I used them as a comfort, an afterthought, a forethought and sometimes no thought at all about what I putting in my mouth. Now I feel calmer, I feel empowered because I did manage to not drink alcohol for 3 months (big up!) and I feel in control of my eating habits. I am mindful of what I eat now and I am kinder to myself, I feel stronger because I did manage to stick with the programme and so I earned my stripes. I feel more confident because I look better and I know I have the willpower and the strategies to keep the weight off.

Thanks for keeping me focused the whole way because I am only at this point because of the great support system of your programme. I thoroughly recommend the LP programme to anyone looking to lose weight. You will definitely do that and you will learn a whole lot more about yourself along the way.

Having just completed the Intensive, I can honestly say that it has achieved the results they “promise”. I was slightly sceptical ahead of starting the programme, worried that for some reason it wouldn’t work for me. However, rigidly following my nutrition programme and giving my all in Luke’s training sessions saw both the weight and, more importantly, the inches fall off every week. I think the weekly measurement and weight check-ups are important and keep you motivated but I learned to value these appointments for her insights. How he got me through 24 workouts in six weeks whilst managing an existing injury is testament to his skill and experience. My dietitian provided great advice and support for the other elements of the programme, meaning that I felt supported throughout. Completing the intensive was a tough ask for me, but the support from Louise Parker's teams combined with my perseverance provided unbelievable results. I can't recommend the programme highly enough.

The weight loss and the level of fitness I have experienced thanks to the program are so impressive, that I have changed my entire view on food and sport. After eight weeks of sticking to the food plan, I am so used to it, that I don’t want to change it too much. My mental attitude towards food has completely changed. Yes, I am adding carbs each day, but the overall food intake is mostly the same, allowing me to keep my new weight. I have decided to keep training with Louise’s trainer, but only twice a week, instead of three times, to keep a good level of regular and intensive sport during my weekly routine. Having said that, I still continue having client meetings and dinners, as well as frequent business travel, but my attitude towards what I eat and the sport I do, is a completely new one. Louise’s program will not only achieve incredible results, it will change your own way of thinking about food and health. Totally worthwhile!
