A lovely light breakfast

These ready toasted, chopped hazlenuts are divine (and are a fab time saver or ideal for a drawer at work). I've popped these on plain yoghurt with some vanilla stirred though. By adding some fruit you've got a perfect protein, good fat and low-GI carb dish which is beautifully on method and ideal for a light breakfast or snack. Ready in minutes and a great breakfast that the whole family can enjoy.
